You can sit up or lay down (knees bent or lay on your side) we have limited space, we can fit 5 people max The physical effect of vibrations on the body: deep relaxation and muscle regeneration. pain relief for joints, muscles, sciatica, headache and migraine, the digestive system, headaches and migraine, spine injuries, shoulders, improved blood circulation. better digestion and energy balancing. Each session is about 45min from start to finish with 30min of the session being sound.
