What to Expect at Your Appointment
We will show you the float room and explain how everything works. You will shower before entering the tank, enjoy your float sessions and then shower again afterward.
Please allow extra time for your appointment so you do not feel rushed. Floating works best when you give yourself permission to arrive slowly , settle in, and come back gently.

Cleanliness & Water Care
The float tank is cleaned between each client. The water is filtered through an industrial filtration system and UV Filter, and the room is cleaned and sanitized between appointments.
Epsom salt itself is naturally cleansing, we use only Bromine in the tank on weekends as a precautionary sanitizer, and only when there are at least 3 days before the next appointment.

We Provide it All
Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, ear plugs are all provided for you. If you wear contacts we do have extra cases and solution, it is best to bring your own if you can. There is a bathroom you can use after your float if you want to dry your hair or apply makeup.

Do you have a Shower?
Yes! we have everything you need. You can bring your own supplies for after your float.
What is in the water?
Jump into a float tank with 8-10" of water mixed with USP Epsom salt. Each tank contains around eight 50lb bags! Get ready to float effortlessly!
The water will always have a "smell" some people notice some don't. The liquid in the tank is not water but fully saturated Epson Salt that can have a metallic tone to some people.

What if I get out before my time is up?
You are always in control of your experience. The door can be opened at any moment for you to leave. The 60-minute session often feels brief as time perception changes inside the float tank.
What should I bring?
If you wear glasses or contacts, you will want to bring something to put them in while you are in the Float Tank. A brush or comb would also be a good idea for afterwards, or a hat as your hair will be wet. Bring your own ear plugs, swim cap and clean shower shoes if you wish. Ear plugs are provided for your first time float.
Other than that, we provide everything you need like towels, earplugs, body wash/shampoo and wonderful body oil for after your float provided by Earthkeepers.
We also have a Halo Head floatation for those that feel more comfortable with their head supported.
What should I expect?
Everyone's experience will be unique, approach with an open mind and no assumptions about what you will encounter. We are here to offer guidance and ensure you make the most of your visit. It's advisable to try floating multiple times as your initial experience may not fully capture the benefits of floating.
We recommend a 30min float for your first, let yourself feel what a float is like before jumping into a 60min or 90min.
How long is my float?
When reserving your float session, plan for 1.5hrs to shower, float, and shower again. Dedicate 5min to each shower to ensure a total float time of around 75-80min. Remember not to hurry through the initial shower to maximize float time.

Unfortunately, we can only handle online bookings. We've made it simple as pie for everyone!
How do you clean the room?
We use Double Strength Vinegar to clean the room between floats, no chemical cleaners. Our towels are washed in Eco Friendly Soap. We keep the room as scent free as possible.
