Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped through Canada Post.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. This includes apartment numbers, unit numbers, buzzer codes, postal codes, and any other delivery details needed by Canada Post.

Free Shipping

From time to time, orders may qualify for free shipping. Please note that “free shipping” means the shipping cost is covered by us as a promotion. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout, the original shipping cost is non-refundable and you may be billed for the return fee.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we will contact the customer using the email address provided on the order.

The customer may choose to:

  1. Have the order resent once the correct shipping address is confirmed and the new shipping cost is paid.

  2. Cancel the order and receive a refund, minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees charged to us by the carrier.

Returned orders will be held for 30 days from the date we contact the customer. If we do not receive a response within 30 days, the order may be cancelled, the items may be restocked, and a refund may be issued minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees charged to us.

Damaged Packages

Please do not return damaged items without contacting us first.

We carefully inspect and package every order before it leaves our store. If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.

In many cases, a claim must be opened with the carrier. This process may require your cooperation, including providing photos, details, or responding to the carrier if they contact you.

Refunds or replacements for damaged items cannot be processed until the carrier claim process has been completed or approved. We appreciate your understanding, as this process helps ensure that the damage is properly reviewed and reimbursed by the carrier.

Delivered Packages / Porch Theft

Once a package has been marked as successfully delivered by Canada Post or the courier, we are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage that occurs after delivery.

Please ensure your package is being shipped to a secure location. If possible, choose an address where someone is available to receive the package, or use a secure mailbox, parcel locker, or business address.

Canada Post does not typically cover claims for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact Canada Post directly with your tracking number.

You may also wish to file a stolen property report with your local police department if you believe the package was stolen after delivery.

Most tracked shipments include a minimum of $100 insurance coverage, where eligible through the carrier.
