Returns?
We want every experience with Crystals & Sun Signs Co to be aligned and intentional, whether you’re shopping online, in-store, or booking a service. All returns require prior approval. If you’ve received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email us at crystalsandsunsigns@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order, along with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If the outer box is damaged, please include that in your photos so we can file a claim with Canada Post. Items must be shipped back within 4 business days of receiving return authorization, using the RA# provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and we recommend using a tracked method — lost packages without tracking will not be refunded. Approved returns will be refunded once the item is received, minus a 5% restocking fee.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used items, incense, essential oils, candles, or any products that are not in re-sellable condition. Sale and clearance items are always final sale. Custom orders or made-to-order items are also final sale. Items returned without prior authorization or outside the specified return window will not be eligible for refund or credit.
If we made an error with your order, we’ll make it right. Please reach out promptly so we can resolve the issue with care.
