Can two people use the sauna at the same time?

Yes, our sauna is technically for two people, but beware, it gets steamy and spicy! Your sauna buddy will be right by your side, so decide if it's your kind of cozy!

Do I need to wear something specific?

When getting cozy in the infrared sauna, you can rock your underwear (required), or go with a swimsuit or baggy attire, but remember, things might get a little sweaty!

Can I bring kids?

No, our infrared sauna is for ages 18+ only. The deep-penetrating heat is not recommended for young children.

How do you clean the Sauna?

We take sanitation seriously.

After each session, the sauna is:

✔ Wiped down with natural, non-toxic cleaners to remove sweat and bacteria.
✔ Regularly deep-cleaned to maintain hygiene and freshness.
✔ Himalayan salt floor naturally purifies, but we still give it a good clean

How does the session work?

Our infrared sauna is designed for deep healing, combining heat therapy and Himalayan salt ionization, for the ultimate wellness experience.

Your session starts at 125°F - 130°F (52°C - 54°C). Feel
free to adjust the temperature using the control panel inside the sauna. (at your own risk)

Recommended temperature ranges:

For an infrared sauna, the optimal temperature depends on the user's experience level and personal comfort, but generally falls within
these ranges:

Beginner: 110°F - 130°F (43°C - 54°C) – Gentle detox,
relaxation

Intermediate: 130°F - 145°F (54°C - 63°C) – Deeper sweat, muscle relief

Advanced: 145°F - 160°F (63°C - 71°C) – Intense detox, deeper heat penetration

For a standard 30-minute session, most people find 125°F
- 130°F (52°C -54°C) to be the sweet spot—hot enough for deep benefits without being overwhelming.

Timing Your Session:

Your session is 30 minutes long. If you’re new to infrared saunas, start slow (15-20 minutes) and build up over time. After your session, cool down slowly and sip water before leaving.

Exiting & Aftercare:

Wipe off excess sweat with a towel before leaving. Step
out slowly—your body has been working hard! Enjoy the afterglow—sauna benefits
continue for hours after your session.

How will I know when my time is up?

Amazing question! The sauna has a timer set in place. We kindly request that customers refrain from changing it to avoid longer sessions and potential extra charges

What should I bring?

If you're just sauna-ing, why not bring a towel if you fancy, even though we've got you covered. Feel free to bring any makeup or hair goodies if you feel like jazzing up!

What is the age limit?

Only grown-ups allowed in the zen den with sauna and pyramid! Ages 18 and older, please.

What should I avoid doing before my sesssion?

Avoid chowing down on hefty bites, sugary treats, and greasy goodness. Absolutely do not sign up for a session if you're feeling the effects of any wacky substances (not even those laid-back edibles) or booze. Your session will be canceled on the spot.
