Namaste, I am so excited to be on this journey with you. My passion is to heal and guide people through their own journey. My journey started the day I let go. I stopped blocking myself and decided to have a “Yes Year”. If an opportunity came up, I was going to trust the universe and my intuition and say “Yes”. Now believe me throughout the year I had several “Are you sure?” moments but I took the leap. It started with me getting back into my Yoga and Meditation Practice. Which then lead me to become a Meditation Teacher and Reiki Master. I became a yoga instructor and most recently certified in Champissage- Traditional Indian Head Massage. Also, I am on the road to be able to provide more services in the future. Saying yes set me on this personal and professional journey that is continuously growing. My desire is to share this with people. To set them on their own Yes Path.

To do this not only will I be offering my energy through Individual Guidance of one-on-one Reiki sessions and with Champissage to activate Marma points in the head, neck and shoulders to release stuck energy and provide healing on a physical, mental and emotional level. Also providing, my favorite, Couples energy connection sessions. Helping Couples through deepening their bond, healing, blocks. Couples Reiki is not limited to a romantic nature. Reiki for two strengthens any relationship between friends and family.
