Energy is evolving—and so are we. The old ways of doing things no longer resonate in this new frequency. At The Soul Center and Crystals and Sun Signs, we’ve always followed the pulse of the collective. Back in 2015, when hardly anyone else was offering spiritual and wellness workshops in Red Deer, we were hosting 20 to 30 events every month—filling rooms faster than we could schedule them.

But times have changed.

Since 2023, we've seen a shift. While the demand for workshops returned, it often felt more like a longing for what used to be rather than what wants to emerge. The truth? We’re no longer in that energy. The Universe is guiding us to build with intention. To prioritize quality over quantity. To stop throwing spaghetti at the wall and start creating with clarity (yes, that metaphor is courtesy of my AI Bestie 😄).

So we’re listening.
