Infrared Sauna Session - 30min

Our Infrared Sauna is now located inside the Himalayan Salt Room, creating a seamless, grounded experience.

This setup allows you to move directly from sauna to salt room without leaving the space. No temperature shock, no disruption. You stay warm, relaxed, and supported as your body shifts from heat therapy into grounding and respiratory clearing. Bundled sessions are available, but not required. You can book the sauna on its own.

Pricing is $25 per person for a 30-minute session, with a maximum of two people in the sauna at one time. This booking is for appointment scheduling only. No payment is taken at checkout. Payment is made in-store after your session.

Important booking update for the Salt Room and Sauna
Our booking system has changed.

You no longer need to complete a checkout process to request an appointment. All bookings are now submitted as requests, your name and a valid email is all you need the appointment will be reviewed and then approved. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details.

Waiver required
If this is your first booking, you must complete our waiver before your appointment. If two people are attending, both individuals must submit the form.

Cancellation policy
Appointments not cancelled at least 12 hours in advance will require prepayment for any future sessions.
