Join Janie from Samadhi Souls each Tuesday evening for a calming weekly mindfulness meditation experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and create space for your nervous system to soften.
Each week will feature a different style of meditation, allowing you to explore new ways of grounding, releasing stress, quieting the mind, and reconnecting with yourself. Whether you are new to meditation or already have a personal practice, this class is a welcoming space to pause, breathe, and return to your center.
Mindfulness meditation may support relaxation, emotional balance, stress reduction, better focus, deeper self-awareness, and a greater sense of inner peace. This weekly practice is an opportunity to step out of the noise of daily life and give yourself one full hour of intentional rest.
Please bring whatever you need to feel comfortable on the floor, such as a yoga mat, heavy floor mat, inflatable mat, blanket, pillow, and eye mask if desired.
Spaces are limited each week, with 4 VIP spots available inside the Himalayan salt room and 6 additional spots available in the common area.
